Hourly Consulting Services and Expert Witness Testimony

We offer a wide range of hourly consulting services for all matters related to community association Reserves. Need a few hours of our expertise to review your own "in-house" work, or have some special "what-if" questions? Are you involved in litigation and need some "expert-witness" caliber investigation and analysis?

Hourly rates are $200/hr for office work, and $350/hr for deposition or trial appearances. Industry practitioners can look to Association Reserves for consulting and testimony in the area of Reserve components, site inspections, computational methods, and Reserve Funding Plans and Requirements.
