Association Reserves, Inc. is a professional engineering consulting company that has as our focus the preparation of Reserve Studies for Community Associations. Established in 1986, we currently have clients in 37 states and perform close to 1000 Reserve Studies each year. These include condominiums, planned unit developments, hi-rises, time-shares and co-ops, serving residential, commercial, industrial, resort and recreational interests. The scope of the facilities at each development varies, with common area amenities that range from streets, pools, stables, and clubhouses to ski lifts, lakes, marinas and golf courses. The sizes of these associations range from 3 units to associations of over 10,000 homes, with organizational breakdown into as many as 17 different sub-associations.

Association Reserves is a recognized authority in the Reserve Study industry and has a leadership role in the Community Association industry. Our corporate offices are located in Calabasas, CA and we have regional offices in Phoenix, San Francisco, Denver, Honolulu, Las Vegas, and Seattle. Our own in-house database tracks proprietary information for over 7600 Community Associations throughout the United States.

Preparing Reserve Studies has been our sole business since the firm was established in 1986. Since two of the firm's principals are former Boardmembers, our reports reflect an appreciation for the specific information needs of the Board of Directors. We are an engineering-based organization, staffed specifically for this unique field. Over the years we have developed an extremely efficient system of gathering the appropriate site information, making accurate replacement cost estimates, and developing responsible and realistic reserve funding recommendations. A majority of our client base is comprised of return clients.
