  Rolled out initially in early 1998, National Reserve Study Standards provide a framework for this industry which paves the way for the future of Community Associations across our country. Providing consistent terminology, basic disclosures within the Reserve Study, three standard "Levels of Service" to select from, and a credential program (the "Reserve Specialist" designation), these National Standards bring order to the Reserve Study industry.
