DJ Vlaming, RS

DJ graduated from California State University, Northridge with a business degree in 1996 and started working at Association Reserves shortly thereafter. He has been responsible for the growing Arizona client base since 1997. DJ has completed over 2,000 Reserve Studies for properties ranging from simple developments with minimal assets to complex international resorts. From this office, he is able to serve Arizona and New Mexico clients full-time, including large master planned communities in the Phoenix, Tucson and Albuquerque metropolitan areas. DJ has expanded his reach into Mexico, and he currently prepares Reserve Studies for large timeshare resorts and communities in Rocky Point, Cabo San Lucas, and Puerto Vallarta. DJ is an active member of multiple CAI chapters and the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM). He has also been an instructor on the subject of Reserves for training courses offered by both of these organizations.
