Elon Goldman, RS

President
Elon Goldman first joined the Association Reserves team in 2015 as a Project Manager, and has since grown to lead the Texas region and surrounding states. Elon earned the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation, having the distinction of being RS #358. His experience in reserve studies includes the U.S., Mexico, and Australia, with projects including everything from small 20-unit condominiums to sprawling planned developments with 12,000 single family homes as well as schools, resorts, worship facilities, high rises, municipalities and more. He brings an unparalleled energy coupled with a strict attention to detail to ensure both efficiency and thoroughness with each inspection and report he completes.

As an avid outdoorsman and resident of Texas, Elon offers a complex understanding of the region’s environment and how it impacts associations. In addition to his extensive experience with crafting reserve studies, he is also an active participant in CAI, attends community events for local associations, and serves on his own HOA board, all of which contribute to his knowledge of the needs of an association and community members. Elon is personable, attentive, and dedicated, and when it comes to his commitment to the boards and associations he works with, his reports and results speak for themselves.
