Elon Goldman, RS

President
Elon Goldman joined the Association Reserves team in 2015 as a Project Manager and has since grown to lead the Texas region and surrounding states of Oklahoma and Arkansas. Elon earned the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation, having the distinction of RS #358. His career has included completing reserve studies in the U.S., Mexico, and Australia, including projects from small condominium associations to sprawling planned developments with over 12,000 single-family homes, luxury high-rises, timeshare resorts, worship facilities, private clubs, golf courses, municipalities, and more. Since 2015, Elon has completed or overseen over 1,000 reserve studies. As an avid outdoorsman and resident of Texas, Elon offers a complex understanding of the region’s environment and how it impacts associations. In addition to his extensive experience completing reserve studies, he is also an active participant in CAI, teaches continuing education courses, and serves on his own HOA board. Elon is personable, attentive, and committed to implementing long-term reserve planning for his clientele.

Tommy Purefoy

Project Manager
Tommy Purefoy became an integral member of the Association Reserves team in Texas in 2022, taking on the role of Project Manager. Tommy earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas State University, located in San Marcos, Texas. During his time at Texas State, Tommy was involved in a project involving the construction of a drag race car for the Engineering department. His academic pursuits were further expanded through diverse Engineering software applications. Prior to joining the AR team, Tommy served as a project manager within the industry of pipeline construction. Currently, he is actively working towards his Reserve Specialist credential through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Leveraging his wealth of hands-on experience and the comprehensive training he has received in-house, Tommy is resolute in his commitment to delivering excellence to our valued clients in Texas and its adjoining states.

Dylan Cohen

Project Manager
Dylan Cohen became a member of the Association Reserves team in Texas in 2023, coming from Westchester, New York to take on the role of Project Manager. Dylan earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Politics & International Affairs from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Throughout his college education, Dylan expanded his knowledge of and conducted academic research both within his major and in extracurricular programs. His education taught him a great deal about economics on both a macro and micro level and its connection to domestic and foreign politics. Prior to joining the team, he worked at his university as a research assistant and later as a business analyst for a boutique real estate business. Currently, he is actively working towards his Reserve Specialist credential through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Using his past experience and Association Reserves training, he is well-equipped to provide first-rate service to our clients in Texas and adjoining states.
