Since our first Reserve Studies in 1986, Los Angeles County is where Association Reserves has grown from a small local Reserve Study business to an industry leader of national and international prominence.

Our office serves as corporate headquarters for the Association Reserves family of regional offices, providing the world-class training, standards, tools, and software necessary to serve the Reserve Fund planning needs of Association-governed communities, condos and HOAs, throughout the United States and abroad.

The Oaks at Calabasas

Within one year, The Oaks at Calabasas’s reserve fund dropped by $360,000. The Association was dealing with misallocated funds and overpaid service contracts. The Oaks worked with Association Reserves for several years to create a plan to get back on track with their Reserves.
