Serving the Carolinas & Mid-Atlantic
Association Reserves has been professionally conducting Reserve Studies in the Carolinas since 1995. Due to an increasing volume of work in the region, the North Carolina office was established in order to better serve the needs of our clients. Whether your association is a downtown high-rise, a townhome community, a single-family home development, or a one-of-a-kind resort property on the coast, we have the resources and experience to help you plan now to prepare for your future. We are also aware of the local weather conditions and environmental impacts on your Association’s assets. We are pleased to be able to serve the Carolina region locally and continue to meet the needs of our current customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

His clients range from small 4 unit condo associations to large timeshare properties and Planned Unit Developments (over 1000 units). Raised in the Northern Virginia area, Ian has a full appreciation for the vagaries of the east coast climate & weather conditions, resulting in accurate assessments made during site inspections. A resident of Charlotte, he serves the growing list of clients in and around the Carolina and mid-Atlantic region. Ian looks forward to preparing Reserve Studies that are easy to understand so that Board members and Managers can use them to make wise financial decisions.
