A “Full” Reserve Study represents the most comprehensive, time-consuming, and expensive level of service that we offer. A Full Reserve Study is appropriate for client performing a Reserve Study for the first time and should only need to be done once. Full Reserve Studies always include a thorough site inspection and a full set of new measurements. This is necessary to develop an accurate Component List, which details the scope and schedule of each component’s future repair or replacement. We document your site-visit based Component List with a full-color photographic inventory. It is on the basis of the Component List that we are able to calculate your current Reserve Fund Strength. Finally, we craft a custom Funding Plan that allows for timely repairs and replacements, with an emphasis on avoiding special assessments.
